Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, changing flights, and resolving issues with existing bookings
  • Providing information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant travel details
  • Processing refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Experience and Knowledge
