Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to plan prescription benefits, eligibility, and claim payment. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with their concerns, and provide solutions will be crucial to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service skills and sales metrics
  • Work with business partners and customers to develop acquisition strategies based on market trends
  • Establish acceptance criteria for subcontractor products and services
  • Monitor subcontractor progress and maintain frequent interface with corresponding teams

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

  • Previous experience in data entry and research
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in leading customer interactions to develop acquisition strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or insurance business

  • Knowledge of Medicaid populations and related services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies
