The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, providing personalized support and guidance to help our customers achieve their financial objectives. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in building strong relationships and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish rapport and show empathy with customers, making them feel valued and understood

• Effectively use internal resources, such as computer systems, online resources, and business partner relationships, to arrive at the right solution for the client
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on perseverance to resolve issues and process transactions accurately
• Define problems clearly and raise concerns when necessary
• Take initiative to acquire the expertise and knowledge needed to effectively resolve customer issues
• Assist customers with professionalism while following measurable business goals

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Schedule

As a remote worker, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST. Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods, and we're committed to supporting your work-life balance.
