As a Remote Customer Service Representative (French and English Bilingual), you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that works together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (French and English Bilingual), your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the client's preferred language
• Assisting customers with basic technical issues and resolving their concerns
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
• Offering additional products and services to customers
• Providing expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or GED
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer
• Proficiency in multitasking and rapid switching between tasks
• Desire to learn new technologies
• A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing on PC and Internet
• High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
