Training Hours:
Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) for 8 weeks
Shift:
Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)
Wage:
$14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses)
Job Level:

Answering Incoming Calls:
Provide exceptional service to REALTORS and homeowners, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

No Outbound Cold-Calling:

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a clean background and a negative drug screen.
Strong Telephone Skills:
Demonstrate excellent telephone skills, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-Motivated:
Show a strong work ethic, integrity, and values, with a self-motivated approach to your work.
Microsoft Office Experience:
Possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
