The Opportunity

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience. You'll be the voice of blithequark, working closely with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of customer interactions (50-60 calls per shift) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics
• Expertly connect with customers to understand their concerns and provide tailored solutions
• Listen effectively and show empathy to resolve customer issues in a first-contact goal approach
• Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues and find creative solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to leadership to enhance customer service processes

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years old or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
