Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our Card Members, helping them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs. You'll work closely with our team to deliver seamless experiences, resolve complex issues, and build strong relationships that drive loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome Card Members upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized experience that sets the tone for their visit

  • Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve complex issues or concerns, building trust and loyalty with our Card Members
  • Utilize the Client First mindset to address clients' needs and expectations, providing tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Provide travel counsel and make reservations, as well as offer lifestyle suggestions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment

  • Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is highly desirable, including reservation experience
  • Proven ability to adjust to clients' needs with proactive solutions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of American Express products and services, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
  • Experience working in a lounge or premium service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to use and adapt to multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
