Lead Creative Strategist

Remote · USA Full-time New today
About Us

We’re a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people, continuously building services & partnering with the world’s largest brands.

We value great work with talented, innovative & driven people, making meaningful connections with like-minded creatives along the way!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Creative Strategist to elevate team-wide creative quality, operational clarity, and organizational cohesion. From improving individual project performance to leading creative systems adoption, you’ll play a key role in leveling up our Client Strategy team and driving meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team alignment & coordination

You’ll run 1:1s, lead internal CS calls, and support resource allocation across accounts to keep the Client Strategy team connected and high-functioning. You’ll own the onboarding experience for new hires and help integrate team-wide processes smoothly.

Quality & process improvements You’ll design, document, and roll out frameworks that improve creative consistency, reduce friction, and capture learnings. You’ll drive the adoption of workflows that unlock higher performance on client accounts.

Team knowledge sharing & growth You’ll champion a learning culture—running workshops, creating playbooks, and encouraging team-led insight sharing that improves our creative outputs and keeps us ahead of industry trends.

Talent evaluation & performance monitoring You’ll help evaluate candidates and ensure our bar for quality remains high. You’ll flag low performance early, while supporting top performers to grow and thrive.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong creative leader who’s systems-minded and people-savvy; you’ve been a high-performing CS (or equivalent) and are ready to lead others.

  • Proven experience in writing ad scripts and developing creative strategies, preferably in performance marketing.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with a knack for extracting actionable insights from data.

  • You care deeply about people, but also about standards.

  • You’re naturally curious, structured in your thinking, and focused on making processes that scale.

Why This Role
  • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days

  • Flexible hours

  • Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)
