Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, respond to inquiries, and provide product information
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Some experience in a call center service environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection (hardwired internet is required)
  • A headset and a PC or laptop (blithequark will provide the necessary equipment and support)
  • Ability to pass a background check (blithequark will cover the cost of the background check)
