Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Managing online and phone reservations, responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing local recommendations and arranging transportation when needed, showcasing your knowledge of the area and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Performing other duties as assigned related to the front desk role, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Available to work 2-4 shifts per week, with flexible hours and days
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using computer and reservation systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong judgment, ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred, but not required
