Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, adhering to blithequark's Grooming Standards.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
