Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Retail Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to meet our high standards for store appearance
• Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner
• Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks, achieve sales goals, and drive business results
• Participating in regular store meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
