Experienced Customer Services Advisor – Motoring and Cycling Expertise

The Role

As a Customer Services Advisor, you'll be working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our stores with a smile
• Providing expert advice on motoring and cycling products and services
• Working on customers' vehicles and bikes, using your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business
• Working on a rota basis, including weekends, to ensure our stores are always fully staffed

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
• Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
