Job Summary

We're seeking two Customer Data Specialists to join our team, with one role focusing on customer-facing interactions and the other on auditing and data accuracy responsibilities. As a Customer Data Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new customers. You'll process documentation, coordinate with various teams, address customer inquiries, improve processes, and manage utility data-related tickets.

Responsibilities

- Process all required documentation to complete customer sign-up process - Follow-up on open items, including contracts, invoices, and related paperwork - Work with onboarding and sales teams as needed to complete required supporting documentation - Understand blithequark's program and be able to answer potential customers' questions and concerns - Identify ways to improve processes and work with a team to implement those - Manage all tickets related to utility data management, working with utilities, data partners, and our billing team

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age - Problem-solving skills are a top priority - Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others are necessary - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - Ability to be flexible as we grow and change - High school diploma/equivalent required; industry experience highly preferred - Clean criminal background check and drug screen
