Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment, highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, required
• Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height, and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, required

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, required
