Role Description

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll interact with customers directly to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and you'll work closely with our team to resolve issues and provide solutions. This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
