About the Role

We're seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Team Member to join our team of 8 fellow Benelux Customer Support Team members. As a key member of our Customer Love Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers receive top-notch support, resolving their queries and requests efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the friendly face and voice of blithequark for our customers in Belgium (specifically Wallonia) and the Netherlands

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Solve a wide range of questions and requests with care and efficiency
  • Surprise our customers with thoughtful extras to make their experience unforgettable
  • Gather feedback and share insights with the wider blithequark team to help us improve
  • Support our culture of Customer Love and contribute to keeping our Trustpilot score at 4.8+ ⭐

Your Daily Activities

* Work 4 or 5 days per week from Monday-Saturday, including occasional Saturdays (at least once per month)

  • Be available to work from our Amsterdam office at least 1 day a week
  • Participate in online technical interviews and face-to-face interviews with the local team to test cultural and values fit
  • Complete take-home tasks to demonstrate your written customer service skills
  • Collaborate with the Customer Love Team to resolve customer queries and requests
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

A Bit About You

* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Strong preference for fluency in Dutch or Flemish
  • Ability to work 32-39 hours a week
  • Ability to work from our Amsterdam office a minimum of 1 day a week
  • Based in the Netherlands, with a valid work permit
  • Willing and excited to travel to other blithequark markets every 3-6 months to join social events and workshops
  • Passion for solving problems and creating great customer experiences
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organized in your work
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn
  • Love dogs!

* Gross annual salary: €33,500 including holiday allowance (based on full-time 39 hrs)

Our Interview Process

Face-to-face interview (60 min) in our Amsterdam office with the local team to test cultural and values fit
