Key Responsibilities

As an Italian Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer care and support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Offering expert advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively, from initial inquiry to delivery
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
  • Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
  • A motivated and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Able to follow guidelines and instructions
  • Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
  • Previous, demonstrable experience with creation of online help resources
  • Life experience to apply to managing situations
  • Early adopter of technology
  • Ability to put customers at ease
