Key Responsibilities

- Communicate issues clearly with the development team.
- Assist in verifying bug fixes and updates.
- Support overall product quality to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; IT coursework or degree is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software, websites, or mobile apps.
- Ability to follow written instructions and document findings clearly.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- No prior QA experience required — Entry Level welcome.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
