Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve complex issues, build trust, and foster long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and implement process improvements
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or similar environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar productivity software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with social media, email, or chat platforms
