As a Customer Support Expert, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by providing personalized support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text conversations. You'll build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers, resolve their issues efficiently, and become an advocate for the blithequark brand.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class support to our customers, working closely with them to understand their goals and challenges, and providing effective solutions to address their needs. You'll master your understanding of the blithequark product, working primarily with customers via phone and text, and engage with our dynamic team to achieve company goals, such as customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional, personalized support to meet our high standards for customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to understand their goals and address their challenges through effective ticket responses
- Master your understanding of the blithequark product by answering support tickets primarily via phone and text
- Collaborate with our team to achieve company goals, such as customer acquisition and retention
- Engage with the team to identify areas of opportunity to improve resources, such as macros, help center, etc.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding performance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles
- A strong team player with a self-starter mentality, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
