Your Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be the face and voice of blithequark for our clients, both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for:

  • Building genuine and durable customer relationships
  • Developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success
  • Identifying risks before they happen and rallying internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of their business, hiring plans, and outcomes that will define success of the partnership
  • Collecting product and operational feedback and prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact
  • Project managing internal stakeholders to deliver priority items in a timely manner while setting appropriate expectations with the customer along the way
  • Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
  • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
  • A solid track record of achievement, including success in a top-tier company, delivering quantifiable business impact, and quickly assuming responsibilities or winning competitive awards
  • A strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business, hiring plans, and outcomes that will define success of the partnership
  • A passion for making an impact and driving real results
