Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams to identify and escalate complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Utilize knowledge management systems to access and update customer information, product knowledge, and technical documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and effective support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with knowledge management systems and technical documentation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role

  • Experience with quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud-based customer service platforms, such as Freshdesk or Zoho
