Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to American Express Card Members through high-volume inbound calls, personalized solutions, and effective communication. You'll be the face of our company, and your contributions will be valued and recognized. We're looking for a talented and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to American Express Card Members through high-volume inbound calls, personalized solutions, and effective communication.
- Understand and address Card Members' needs with personalized solutions, adding value with unexpected offers and benefit enrollments.
- Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving, meeting and exceeding performance goals, including sales rates, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to manage sensitive information and resolve inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

- Flexibility to work shifts anytime between 6:00 am - 2:00 am, including weekends.
