Social Media Specialist

The ideal candidate must have strong social media strategies, copywriting skills, and be adept at handling clients from various business backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media on a daily basis
- Create and schedule the content across various social media platforms and accounts
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and conversations relevant to our industry and brand
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content
- Stay up to date with current trends to create creative & attractive content
- Collaborate closely with the creative team (graphic designers, motion designers, illustrators), social media strategists, and project managers
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a writer or social media specialist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality writing for diverse projects
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective time management skills & well organized
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and design is a plus
