As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the best possible solutions. Position Description

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent, operating system: Windows 10, RAM: 8GB or more)
  • Webcam
  • High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
  • A desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
  • Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
