Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and resolve their queries
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
- Quality control to ensure that our services meet the highest standards

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Set appointments and schedule presentations with clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships
- An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry

- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
