Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing projects and updates
• Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills required for the role

Essential Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
• Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required)
• Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
• High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-motivated and success-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
• Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish bilingual skills (a plus)
