Job Summary
As a Technical Lead Manager in our Threat Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our threat intelligence solutions. You will lead a team of experts in analyzing and mitigating cyber threats, and work closely with our clients to understand their unique security needs and develop tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of threat intelligence experts in analyzing and mitigating cyber threats
- Develop and implement threat intelligence solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest threat intelligence trends and technologies
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to our clients and internal teams
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with our product development team to develop and implement new threat intelligence solutions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing strategic solutions to complex problems
- Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
- US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds including executives

* Competitive salary range of $153,000-$234,000, depending on experience and qualifications
