Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to participate in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, sharing your opinions and experiences on a wide range of topics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Completing written and oral instructions provided by our research team
- Completing written surveys for each panel discussion
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Working independently and following oral and written instructions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
- No experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
