Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and resolving queries via phone, chat, and email. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
  • Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, with ongoing opportunities for learning and development

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, although not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Compensation and Benefits
