Your Impact

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building customer loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Work from Home Requirements

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:

  • Have a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's Work from Home standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
  • Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
  • Follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, and recurring management routines
