Your Role
As a German-speaking customer service support specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing top-notch customer service.
- Representing blithequark and our SEO product with excellence, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
- Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our services.
What We Expect from You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Fluency in spoken and written German is essential, as you'll be working directly with our German-speaking clients.
- Good English skills are also required for internal communication, but German is the primary language for client interactions.
- Proficiency in using standard Google tools, including Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
- Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
- Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied or have concerns.
Working Hours and Environment
As a remote contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a computer. Our working hours are:
- 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday
- No work on weekends or holidays

Additional Notes
Please note that this is a contract position, and as such, you'll not be eligible for traditional benefits. You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with a high level of motivation and self-discipline. Additionally, you must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
