Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurately entered, and that our clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all data is accurately entered and up-to-date
- Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
