Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound client calls with courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Communicating effectively with clients and coworkers through various visual mediums
- Maintaining attention to detail in documentation, appointments, and client information
- Demonstrating exceptional time management skills, ensuring timely meetings and appointments, both remotely and in-office
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and upselling products to meet client needs
