Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs related to our healthcare and insurance products. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs related to our healthcare and insurance products

  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless interactions and resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity targets

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare and insurance industry

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
