Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant with blithequark, you will be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, providing your honest feedback on a range of topics, including:
- Child-related products and services
- Cell phones and mobile devices
- Entertainment options, such as TV shows, movies, and video games
- Food and dining experiences
- Sports and fitness activities
- Electronics and technology
- Pets and animal care
- Automobiles and transportation
Responsibilities:
* Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Qualifications:
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
