Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, helping them navigate our products and services with ease.
  • Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement.
  • Striving towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, working collaboratively with the team to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational level would be a plus.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, but not required.
