Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering inbound calls, emails, and chats with clients, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and handling objections to close deals
  • Providing in-depth product and service information to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of blithequark's offerings
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, adhering to established procedures and protocols
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
