As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with customers and service providers to ensure a seamless experience. What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling.
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers.
  • Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Able to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
  • Confidence in handling incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous.
  • Ability to track multiple issues at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve software malfunctions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with a remote team.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Be a resident of Arizona.
  • Have a computer and quiet workspace.
  • Have a reliable internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you can expect:
  • A competitive hourly pay rate of $17.50 to $20.50, based on experience.
