Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Required Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
