Data Analyst 2 - Remote in Indianapolis, IN

• Assist in designing and implementing analytics platform components using Microsoft Azure, Databricks and PowerBI
• Collaborate with senior architects and analytics consultants to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support the development of data models and pipelines that enable accurate and timely data exchange
• Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data platforms
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the modernization of data exchange processes and platform scalability
• Create models/design dashboards in PowerBI using best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
• Proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling and dashboard development
• Experience with SQL Server (coding & procedural development)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SSRS
• Exposure to event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka)
• Experience working in or with the healthcare insurance industry

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
