Desired Capabilities

  • Understanding of product roadmap, business goals, and customer needs
  • Ability to prioritize testing efforts based on business impact
  • Estimate testing efforts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform smoke/regression testing.
  • Discuss and validate testing scenarios with business and technical people.
  • Discuss testing plans with the development team.
  • Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, as well as involvement in raising risks and clarifying objectives.
  • Query DBs for testing purposes.
  • Provide accurate status tracking and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in any testing management tool.
  • Understanding of testing quadrants.
  • Understanding of unit, integration, system and acceptance testing.
  • Manual testing expertise testing web & mobile applications
  • Experience with SQL-based databases (Oracle DB ideally) and do SQL statements.
  • Experience setting up web test environments
  • Good English Communication
