About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our virtual customer care team. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and providing personalized support and solutions
  • Convey in-depth knowledge of our products and services, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to clients
  • Continuously develop and refine your sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, organized environment
  • Accurately document client interactions and update records according to established policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate integrity and compliance with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in a customer service and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, metric-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate electronic systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote customer service environment
