Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our riders through inbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about our services, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and in-person interactions in a friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information about blithequark's services, including trip-planning, fare products, and transit schedules
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our smartphone apps and other technology platforms
  • Log and investigate customer requests and concerns, while maintaining accurate and timely records
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's services and policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent and one year of work experience in customer service work involving the general public

  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and technology platforms
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting technology-related problems and providing technical support to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with public transportation systems and services
  • Knowledge of the Little Rock metropolitan area and its street grid
  • Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule to cover unexpected call center staffing shortages
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
