What You'll Do

As a Pet Reunification Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Reassuring anxious callers who are searching for their missing pets, providing empathetic and personalized support to help them navigate the reunification process
• Serving as the frontline team for blithequark's pet reunification services, working closely with customers to resolve their concerns and provide a positive experience
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to handle the most complex customer situations

What You'll Bring

To succeed as a Pet Reunification Support Representative, you will need:

• Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
• A quiet, dedicated work area at home (if remote), free from distractions and interruptions
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex customer situations
