Our Office Environment

Our office in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania is a vibrant, team-oriented space where collaboration and creativity thrive. Our customer service hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a comfortable and predictable schedule for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering product-related questions and providing product recommendations
  • Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
  • Working independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to create innovative solutions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Care Agent, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
