Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive the necessary prescription coverage. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications
- Verifying the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
- Conducting follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information
- Accurately inputting data to confirm prescription coverage
- Managing approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication abilities
- Proficient in managing tasks related to both fax and phone communications
- A proactive attitude towards learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
