Job Description

As a Full Stack Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping families find the protection plans that are right for them. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on responders who have been sent to our office by future clients and scheduling appointments to discuss their protection needs
  • Connecting with these families in person or through video chat to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Completing electronic applications and follow-up paperwork to ensure seamless processing
  • Reporting your numbers to the home office and participating in ongoing sales training to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A State Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one (we can assist you with a discounted class)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping others
