Responsibilities

• Review order details, including customer addresses and items in the order, to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

• Develop strong navigational skills to efficiently find customer locations, especially during nighttime hours, and ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition, especially for nighttime driving, and maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
• Utilize your smartphone to navigate and communicate with customers, and maintain accurate records of delivery activities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An active license to operate a vehicle, with a clean driving history and no driving offenses or accidents.
• A reliable, insured vehicle, in good working condition, with a valid registration and current safety inspections.
• A smartphone with internet access, and a willingness to use our proprietary delivery app to navigate and communicate with customers.
• Pleasant and courteous behavior, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
